Article 1 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all photography and editing journeys organised by Three Nomads Adventures, based in the Netherlands. By booking a trip, the participant agrees to these terms.

Article 2 – Booking and Payment

1. A booking is confirmed once the deposit, as specified for the relevant trip on www.threenomadsadventures.com, has been received.

2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the trip. You will receive an invoice for this from Three Nomads Adventures.

3. If payment is not received on time, Three Nomads Adventures reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of any previously paid amounts.

Article 3 – Cancellation by the Participant

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email.

2. Cancellations made up to 30 calendar days before the trip are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-Refundable, including both the deposit and any remaining balance.

4. In exceptional circumstances, an alternative arrangement (such as participation in a future trip) may be considered, but no rights can be derived from this.

Article 4 – Cancellation by the Organizer

1. Three Nomads Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. In such cases, all payments made by the participant will be fully refunded. No further liability will be accepted.

Article 5 – Travel and Cancellation Insurance

1. Participants are required to arrange their own valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, damage, loss, and preferably cancellation.

2. If a trip is unexpectedly cancelled by the Organizer, the full amount paid by the participant to the Organizer will be refunded. However, any costs incurred by the participant to travel to the Organizer’s departure location are at the participant’s own expense and will not be reimbursed by the Organizer.For this reason, the Organizer recommends taking out the cancellation insurance mentioned in Article 5.1.

3. Participation in the trip is at the participant’s own risk.

Article 6 – Liability

1. Three Nomads Adventures is not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or delay occurring during or as a result of participation in the trip, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

2. Participation in field activities or on-location editing is always at the participant's own responsibility.

Article 7 – VZR Garant

Three Nomads Adventures is affiliated with VZR Garant. Within the terms of this guarantee scheme, the trips offered fall under consumer protection in case of financial insolvency of the organizer.
This guarantee ensures that you, as a consumer, are entitled to a refund of pre-paid travel costs, or the continuation of your trip, or repatriation if needed.

Article 8 – Program Changes

1. The program is subject to change due to weather conditions, logistical adjustments, or other external factors.

2. The organizer will always strive to offer equivalent alternatives without compromising the quality or experience of the trip.

Article 9 – Health and Suitability

1. The participant declares to be in adequate physical and mental health to join the scheduled activities.

2. Any medical conditions or allergies must be reported in advance.

Article 10 – Use of Image Material

Photos taken during the trip that include participants may be used by Three Nomads Adventures for promotional purposes (such as website, social media, and print), unless the participant expressly objects in writing at the time of booking or during the trip.

Article 11 – Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
